Purple Heart dedicates Glassboro chapter to Iraqi
casualty
For the first time in the history of the Military Order of
the Purple Heart in New Jersey, a chapter of the MOPH
will bestow the honor of naming their chapter after a
fallen hero of the Iraqi War. Chapter #336, Glassboro,
N.J., will name their chapter in honor of Pfc. David J.
Bentz III who died on June 20, 2007.
The ceremony will take place on June 22 at 2 p.m. at
the Glassboro VFW Memorial Hall, Post #679, 275
Wilmer Street, Glassboro.
